A building far away

The Sears Tower in Chicago, formerly the tallest building in the world (and still the largest in the U.S. and the Western Hemisphere), is about to undergo a major renovation which will reduce its energy usage by over 80%, including the addition of wind turbines and other sustainable energy generation.
